We have now become a leader across Canada from east to west. Serving the markets for lumber, metal structures, buildings, granite, construction, hardware, machinery, aluminum, etc., our team of specialists can meet the needs of our customers.

Our equipment is adapted with technological tools allowing for real time monitoring of our fleet and for a more rigorous management of deliveries, thus optimizing your transport needs.

Company History

  1. Foundation
    1995

    The company was founded in 1995, in St-Bruno in the Lac-St-Jean region, with modular transportation on Canadian territory as specialty.

  2. Diversification of activities
    2012

    In 2012, Alexandre Brassard, President, diversified the company's activities by creating a platform trailer division. In 2015, the company acquired Transport PJS. At the same time, Marc-André Maltais, Guy Lavoie and Mario Trudel joined the company as shareholders.

  3. Opening of a branch in Quebec City 2016
    2016

    During 2016, a sales office was opened in Quebec City. The office has now 6 employees. Dimension Transport also acquired Transport Stéphane Gauthier, which held several granite contracts in the region.

  4. Acquisition
    2017

    In early 2017, the company opened the Maritimes corridor to serve several customers in these provinces from Ontario and Quebec. It also acquired TEM Saguenay.

  5. Expansion of the business place 2018
    2018

    In September 2018, Dimension Transport expanded its business place, administrative offices, and garage by adding amenities for drivers and a cleaning room for trucks and equipment.

  6. Summary
    As of today

    Currently, the company serves over a hundred customers across Canada from east to west and operates a fleet of approximately 75 trucks, 175 trailers and 40 valets. It also employs over one hundred people.
